These Terms and Conditions govern your use of footballandme.com and the booking and participation in training sessions provided by Football & Me.
By accessing this website and/or booking a training session, you agree to these terms.

Booking and Payment
Sessions must be booked in advance via the contact form, email, or messaging.
Payment must be made before or immediately after each session, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: [e.g. Cash, PayPal, etc.]
You will receive confirmation of your session and details via email or message.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. To respect everyone’s time, the following applies:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may still be charged in full.
If the session is canceled by the coach (e.g., due to illness or weather), it will be rescheduled or refunded.
We try to be flexible, but repeat short-notice cancellations may affect future bookings.
Safety and Supervision
All children must be dropped off and picked up by a parent or guardian on time.
Children must wear suitable sportswear and bring water.
The coach will take all reasonable precautions for safety and injury prevention.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before training begins.
Football & Me is not responsible for injuries sustained during training unless caused by proven negligence.
Code of Conduct
We strive to create a positive, respectful, and motivating environment. Players and parents are expected to:
Show respect toward coaches and other players
Arrive on time and prepared
Refrain from disruptive or disrespectful behavior
We reserve the right to remove a player from a session or stop providing services in case of repeated misconduct.
Media & Photography
Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during sessions to be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media.

No names or personal data will be shared without consent.
Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy, and will never be shared or sold to third parties. We use your data only to provide services and communicate with you.
